Dr. Ramnik Singh, MD brings in 20 years of experience in psychiatry providing assessment and medication monitoring. Dr. Singh completed her internship at Nassau County Medical Center in Long Island, New York, followed by her residency in Psychiatry at Delaware Psychiatric Center. She currently serves as the Medical Director at Suburban Psychiatric Services.
Philip Thompson

Philip Thompson, LCSW, hold’s a Master’s Degree in Social Work and has over 30 years of experience in the field of Mental Health, Child Welfare, Adult Services, Education, Criminal Justice, Executive Leadership, and Program Development/Management. Mr. Thompson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He has extensive experience providing Executive Leadership, Clinical Supervision, Program Development/Management, Crisis Intervention Services, Establishing Community Partnerships, Board of Social Work Examiners, Forensic Services, Compliance Officer, Consultation and Serving on various Boards. Mr. Thompson has also provided clinical services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Suburban Psychiatric Services.

Nancy Ball, LCSW, holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and has over 20 years of experience in the field of Mental Health, Women in Crisis and Geriatric Services. Ms. Ball is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has extensive experience providing clinical services to adults, couples and families. Ms. Ball provides intake assessment services, group facilitations as well as case management services. She has worked in various settings to include Outpatient Mental Health and Administration. Ms. Ball currently serves as an Intake Assessor at Suburban Psychiatric Services.

She has extensive experience providing clinical services to children, adults, couples and families. Ms. Scott-Cobb provides intake assessment services, group facilitations as well as case management services. She has worked in various settings to include Inpatient Psychiatric, Crisis Services, Forensic Services, Clinical Supervision, Board of Social Work Examiners, Outpatient Mental Health and Administration. Ms. Scott-Cobb currently serves as a Group Facilitator at Suburban Psychiatric Services
Dr. Marlene Saunders

Dr. Marlene Saunders, LMSW, holds a Doctorate in Social Work as well as a Master’s in Social Work and has over 20 years of experience in the field of Accreditation in Social Work Education, Child Welfare and Health Care. Dr. Saunders is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She has extensive experience serving as the Chairperson for the Department of Social Work, Field Instructor for Baccalaureate and Graduate Social Work Students as well as a Board Member for agencies seeking accreditation. Dr. Saunders is aware of the quality and scope of service agencies must provide in order to receive accreditation from the major accreditation organizations. Dr. Saunders currently serves as the Accreditation Compliance Manager at Suburban Psychiatric Services.
